I am already completely in the holiday spirit, so I am really excited to share this festive mani with you all.
I was asked by 25 Sweetpeas to join her Christmas Cookie Mani Swap, and I was happy to join! Basically this swap is a blogger collaboration with a holiday theme, except we are also swapping our favorite Christmas cookie recipes! Christmas cookies are an important part of the holiday season for my family, so I decided to do a nail design inspired by our favorite cookie: gingerbread!
(No pun intended by the fact that I am a ginger, and my favorite cookie is gingerbread. Lol 😂)

Today I have a special nail art design that I've been waiting to post for ages. In celebration of the release of Stranger Things Season 2, I did some Stranger Things inspired nail art! It's been such a long time since I did some proper freehand nail art, so this design was a challenge for me but I'm pretty happy with the results.
I also decided to take some pictures with Christmas lights, just to change things up. Plus, I thought it would be very fitting based on season 1 😜

Today's recreation is of my Purple and Gold Floral nails from about a year ago! You all really loved this mani last time, and so did I. But my nails were so short back then!! I think the design looks a lot nicer now that my nails have grown out a bit.

Hope you're all doing well. Sorry for my lack of blog posts! I'm back at college and will be posting a little less frequently. I've been working hard to not disappear like last year, but I still won't be posting as often as I do in the summer.
I've really been loving this series I've been doing on my blog recently where I re-do some of my most popular designs. So, I decided to continue it and re-do my Pink and Gold Floral Nails!
I did these in July of 2016, and they are one of my most popular manis to date. They're probably one of my most reposted pins on Pinterest!
When I did them last year, though, my nails were super short and now looking back, I'm not super happy with how the photos look! Now that my nails are longer I thought the design would look a lot nicer.
