Today's nail art is inspired by the upcoming movie Captain Marvel! Since I'm a big fan of Marvel movies, I am really excited to see this one (especially since it is the first female-led Marvel superhero movie!) I've been anxiously awaiting this new movie since Infinity War last year. I'm really hoping that Captain Marvel gives us some clues as to what's to come in this year's Avengers Endgame!
Since the red, blue, and gold pattern on Captain Marvel's suit is so simple and recognizable, I thought it would be the perfect pattern to recreate on my nails.

Today I have another floral design to share with all of you. These are some of my favorite manis to do! I incorporated some of my favorite polishes and designs into this one.
I have been really missing doing my simple geometric designs lately, and since you all loved my Rose Gold X Nails so much, I figured I would try another rose gold pattern. I actually pulled some inspiration for this from my Purple and Gold Floral Nails from a few years ago, where I did a white and purple floral nail and had the leaves in a metallic gold.
I have always loved that design and I was hoping to re-vamp it into this color scheme and add a little bit more of a geometric accent to it using some nail vinyls.
Once again, I have to apologize for my hiatus. I took a break from doing a ton of nail blogging to focus on finishing up my sophomore year at college. It was a crazy semester!
Now that it's summer, I've been working full time and I'll admit, sometimes I feel like I'm running low on inspiration. Not to mention my nails have been constantly breaking... But I was able to grow them out long enough to do this simple rose gold and blush nail art!
The shades I used were "Buff and Tumble", "White on Time", and "Petal to the Metal". I just thought these pink-toned shades went together so well! I think this is a beautiful color combination. I also used the Snail Vinyls Right Angle vinyls to create the design on my ring finger, and used dotting tools for the small accents on my pinky and index nails.
This was my first time using the new Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polishes, and I have to say that I was impressed! The brush is perfectly designed (very much like the usual Sally Hansen brush) and makes for an easy application with a nearly perfect cuticle line. I also found these polishes to be very self-leveling! And at the price, it's hard to beat. I can't speak for the longevity yet, as I haven't worn one for longer than a day, but hopefully I'll be publishing a more in-depth swatch/review of one of these shades soon.

I have been such a huge fan of Miri's nail art for a long time, so I was so excited when she agreed to collaborate with me. I decided to recreate her coral and gold X nails!
Today I have a very simple nail design that is just completely my style. You might remember something similar to this: my blue and silver quatrefoil nails from last year. Obviously I love this mani :) I recently got a few new nail polishes from LiveLovePolish.com, and one of the polishes I purchased was Cirque Colors "Deco", a gorgeous grayed-purple/mauve creme. You can read my full review of this polish here. I decided to recreate one of my favorite designs with this color, and I love the result!
These decals come in a size to fit your whole nail, but I decided to cut up the decals instead and use them as an accent. I know that I do a lot of decal designs so I try to change it up for you guys and show you other possibilities when using them :)

I had this idea in my head of how I wanted to do a design with these amazing Right Angle nail vinyls from Snail Vinyls and I ended up loving how it looked so much that I did it on both of my hands! It's one of those nail designs where it turned out exactly the way I had hoped! Yay!! :)
Hello everyone! When I got a few polishes from Live Love Polish a while back, I chose a gorgeous holo by Color Club called "Blue Heaven". Unfortunately, I've never really gotten around to using it, and I've been a little hesitant since I don't usually wear holographic polishes. So, I decided to incorporate it into a mani in small pieces! :)
