Today's nail art shouldn't be too much of a surprise, considering I've been on a real rose gold kick lately. I decided to re-attempt some rose gold marble nails using the same polishes I used in my Rose Gold Minnie Nails from the other month.
Fun fact... I was originally not going to upload this nail art because I'm not 100% happy with how it came out. I feel like I'm really just not getting the marble nail look right. I've never been really happy with how mine end up looking. If any fellow nail artists have some tips, please feel free to leave them down below!

Once again, I have to apologize for my hiatus. I took a break from doing a ton of nail blogging to focus on finishing up my sophomore year at college. It was a crazy semester!
Now that it's summer, I've been working full time and I'll admit, sometimes I feel like I'm running low on inspiration. Not to mention my nails have been constantly breaking... But I was able to grow them out long enough to do this simple rose gold and blush nail art!
The shades I used were "Buff and Tumble", "White on Time", and "Petal to the Metal". I just thought these pink-toned shades went together so well! I think this is a beautiful color combination. I also used the Snail Vinyls Right Angle vinyls to create the design on my ring finger, and used dotting tools for the small accents on my pinky and index nails.
This was my first time using the new Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polishes, and I have to say that I was impressed! The brush is perfectly designed (very much like the usual Sally Hansen brush) and makes for an easy application with a nearly perfect cuticle line. I also found these polishes to be very self-leveling! And at the price, it's hard to beat. I can't speak for the longevity yet, as I haven't worn one for longer than a day, but hopefully I'll be publishing a more in-depth swatch/review of one of these shades soon.

Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing well. Sorry for my lack of blog posts! I'm back at college and will be posting a little less frequently. I've been working hard to not disappear like last year, but I still won't be posting as often as I do in the summer. I've really been loving this series I've been doing on my blog recently where I re-do some of my most popular designs. So, I decided to continue it and re-do my Pink and Gold Floral Nails! I did these in July of 2016, and they are one of my most popular manis to date. They're probably one of my most reposted pins on Pinterest! When I did them last year, though, my nails were super short and now looking back, I'm not super happy with how the photos look! Now that my nails are longer I thought the design would look a lot nicer.
Hello everyone! Since I really enjoyed re-doing my blue quatrefoil nails last week, I decided to recreate another one of my favorite manis! This one is an oldie but a goodie: my pink and gold X nails from when I did a mani swap with Julie from @ wannaknowasecret! (Her username is now @ julie_awouters). When I first did this mani, I used individual straight nail vinyls to create the X shape since I didn't have my beloved right angle vinyls yet (can you believe it?!) Hello everyone! Today I have this negative space mani to share with all of you. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen me post the white base for these nails yesterday! I asked what you thought I would be putting on top, and clearly you guys know me very well, haha 😂 Yup, it's floral! I added some pink flowers and gold accents to this mani, and even though it didn't turn out exactly the way I had hoped, I'm still happy with how it turned out.
Today I have another nail design using products from Sally Beauty! And I'm so happy with how this one turned out :) I feel like its been so long since I did a floral design. I always end up loving these girly manis!
While on my Sally's haul, I picked up another Orly Breathable nail polish. This color, "Pamper Me" was just too pretty to pass up! It is a beautiful light pink creme. It is pretty much opaque in two coats, but I am wearing three thin coats on my pinky and index nails.

Hello everyone! I have been feeling a little uninspired lately, so I went back through my old manis to see if there was anything that could give me any ideas. And I came across my old pink nautical nails from July of 2013! I remembered how much I loved this design, and I knew that I had to recreate it.
Today I have a very cute mani to share with all of you! After doing a blob gradient in my previous nail design, I realized how much the colors looked like a colorful galaxy. And it dawned on me that I have never done pastel galaxy nails! So here they are :)

Hi everyone! Today I have another mani with my Daniel Wellington watch! I really loved the design on my middle nail from my last mani so I decided to recreate it with a little twist. I added silver studs and a matte top coat to make a different look!

I have a really cool product to show you guys today! :) If you're into nail art, then you've probably at least heard of the liquid latex/liquid painter's tape products that have become very popular lately. Today, I have one of those liquid latex products to share with you! This is the Crystalline Nail Veil from Color4Nails (which already wins bonus points for the name... Nail Veil!) Haha :) *If you have a latex allergy, do not use this product! Most of these kinds of liquid painter's tape include latex, so try to find another solution if you are allergic, like Elmer's glue. The nail veil comes in a bottle with a thin brush, like a striping nail art brush. The latex itself is yellow and it dries a slightly darker yellow. Their website says that it dries in about one minute, but it took about 2 minutes for me. Since it is under 10° where I live, we've all been longing for the warmer weather, which inspired me to do a gradient with super fun, bright colors! I settled on China Glaze "Float On" and "Too Yacht to Handle".
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! I've been a little under the weather for the past few days but I wanted to do a quick Valentine's day design for you all! I've seen a lot of lip manis, a lot of pink gradients, and a lot of gradient hearts, so I wanted to try something different and a little more simple. I decided on this stripe design, and I used the heart studs to capture the Valentine's day theme.
