Glitter Snowflake Nails

Hello everyone!

Long time, no see! I know that some of you have been missing my nail art and I apologize for my long absence.

For those of you who don't know, I started my senior year in high school this year, which means my life has been taken over by college applications/preparations. On top of that, I am planning to be an art major, which means any extra time I have is spend on art pieces to create my portfolio.

With all of the time I have had to spend on my portfolio and college aps, my nail art was pushed to the back-burner. I have only worn plain colors on my nails for weeks... Sometimes even nothing at all!

But I have a quick winter-y nail design for all of you, which is perfect for Christmas and through the rest of winter.

I started by creating a white to blue gradient as my base. I used Salon Perfect "Sugar Cube" and Color Club "Factory Girl". I also used The Minimanimoo "Mess No More" liquid latex to make clean-up easier.

Over the gradient, I used these adorable snowflake vinyls from Snail Vinyls and took a piece of a makeup sponge to dab on silver glitter from Colores de Carol "Bling" over them. When I peeled off the vinyls, I was left with these pretty, sparkly snowflakes!

Big thanks to Aveline over at Snail Vinyls for still sending me gorgeous new nail vinyls despite my inactivity for the past few months. I love using their vinyls and these snowflake ones really inspired me to do nails again! They are just so pretty!

I can't say for certain how often I will be posting for a while, since my college applications are still not done, but I will try to be more present on social media. Don't forget to follow me on all of the links below! Thank you for those of you who have stuck by me and continued to follow my accounts. You're the best! <3
